Streamlined administrative systems for a retail firm.

Conducted a "SWOT" analysis workshop with the management team of a manufacturing company to identify the firm's key Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Determined how to match the key strengths with greatest opportunities as a basis for the organization's strategic plan.

Created on "Owner-Upward" performance evaluation for the owner of a manufacturing company. Leadership team members will use this tool to evaluate how well the owner focuses on the unique responsibilities of top leadership.

Developed a Product Recall procedure and Forms for a retail firm.

Created employee handbook, outcome-based jobdescriptions, and operations manuals for several companies.

Provided a computer system, set-up, and training for a business owner who is a first-time computer user.

Developed a portable scheduling system for the manager of a warehouse & receiving department using Microsoft Outlook and a Windows Mobile PDA.

Trained management teams with the "Managers are Multipliers" seminar.

Created "outcome-based" job descriptions and corresponding outcome-based performance evaluations for a non-profit organization. These tools define and measure job roles using results rather than tasks. For example, a bookkeeper's job would include the outcome, "Promptly and accurately paid bills," rather than the traditional: "Process accounts payable." This helps both managers and employees focus on the mission of the organization rather than simply performing tasks.

Developed quality-tracking techniques for a manufacturing firm to pursue goal of improved process and system quality.

Improved the employee evaluation process for a 250-person company. Easy-to-use documents enable managers to conduct performance reviews and recommend compensation changes.

Developed a spreadsheet tool to enable a company's purchaser to better meet inventory and profit-margin goals.

Created clear flowchart-diagrams and decision-making illustrations for key managers learning a new process.
