A Business Mentoring Program (BMP) groups is now forming to start in January, 2009.
Details
Group meetings
The group meets one morning each month for 2 hours. We anticipate meeting the first Wednesday of each month first thing in the morning. However, the exact schedule and meeting place will depend on the convenience of the group. The schedule will be announced for each group that forms. Meetings include the following elements:
- A presentation on a relevant business topic with group discussion.
- Members will submit questions or situations from their organization for group discussion and counsel.
- Follow-up on situations shared at prior meetings: What was done? How did the situation resolve? What can be learned?
Crisis Advice
Up to one crisis-consulting phone call per month.
Discounted Support Services
Members may use Effective Systems' regular support services at $10 off the normal rate for the duration of their membership. Services include: document creation and customizing, system development and streamlining, applying readily available technology to operational and administrative systems, special projects, and more.
Summary of Terms
- Participants attend the first meeting at no risk. If they decide to enroll, the monthly fee of $150 is due by the end of each month .
- Members enroll with the intent of participating for the full 10 months.
- Butch Marvin will provide group meeting leadership and crisis advice. Ray Randolph will provide administration, some content presentation, and support services.
- Membership will be non-competing. Information and situations shared in group and private sessions is considered confidential.
- The first meeting is tentatively schedule for 7a—9a on Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at the home of Ray Randolph, 52 Henry Drive, New Providence, PA 17560
- These terms apply to the group starting in January, 2009. We reserve the right to change fees, benefits, and other terms for future groups.
